KRISTIAN ESSSER

Kristian Esser was born in Africa, raised in Italy, and is now based in Amsterdam. He spent years investigating how technology impacts our lives and learning how it influences our work. He advises companies on shifting to a hybrid collaboration model considering online communities as the new digital office. In his book 'Working Apart Together' he describes how mindset, digital skills, and new processes must be redesigned to enable companies to become resilient for a future hybrid scenario.
Kristian has been an entrepreneur since he graduated from the European Institute of Design in Milano. He is fascinated by the relationship we are developing with technology and constantly studies its meaning. His focus is to discover how new business and social models will grow because of new digital realities entering our lives.
